Liverpool John Lennon Airport Facilities

Before arriving at the airport, please ensure you know your check in times. Since 9/11 these have got progressively longer to cater for the extra security measures.

Check In

As you enter the terminal the display screens are located at the main concourse and will indicate which gate you need to go to. You require your passports and tickets and have your baggage weighed. You will then be given individual boarding cards to pass through security to the shops and duty free.

Alpha Retail

On level 2 Is the duty free area known as Alpha Retail selling, cosmetics, tobacco, perfumes, leather goods, sunglasses and watches at prices lower than you would expect to find on the high street.

Pick and set down are outside the main terminal and reservations for car parking can be made in advance.

Is available to load wheelchair passengers smoothly onto the aircraft.
